Dive Bar and In Home Engagements | Elle and Hank

Elle and Hank’s engagements are some of my favorites and not to mention they are some of my favorites! They started dating junior year of high school and made it through college, long distance and now living in a different state away from family. It was so fun getting to know them and to see all their hobbies and things they love to do together.

We wanted to highlight all their hobbies and activities they love to do and so we based their engagements around that. We started them at their local dive bar that they love to go to. There was so many fun moments in the dive bar and it was just so chill while they were able to get some drinks and relax while I got to be creative and document all the beautiful moments.

Then we headed to their home where I met their adorable adorable dog Indie. They were able to relax on the couch with music, their dog and again I was able to just document and hear more about their life! Then they opened their favorite wine, sat by the fireplace and then making homemade pasta. Like holy cow I love getting to see couples do fun and unique things, and homemade pasta is one of those things!

The whole engagement session came together and was so much fun. Elle and me were able to connect and get together on a video call before the session where we talked about all those things they loved and where we planned their shoot and looked at inspo. All of this allowed us to have fun during the shoot and really capture the vibe and feelings that she was wanting and it did not disappoint.
